Every delivery we bring to you will be in excellent condition but we understand that loses can occur so we will guarantee your pet for 24 hours from receipt of delivery. (Pictures will need to be sent in the advent of loses and fish placed in a bag and frozen to be collected on next delivery)

 

We can not be held responsible if your fish are lost due to aggression from your other fish.

 

We will replace your fish with your next order that you place with us.

We are a small family business and care about the fish we sell , we will personally deliver all fish direct to your door (for a small fee) "NO POSTING" making it as stress free as we can for you and your new pet.
